Good gods, I see a headline like that, and I have an instant uncontrollable flashback. For the love of all that is holy, do we have to go through this again?

So the Google article says that they “will place advertisements alongside search results, and share the revenue from those ads with newspaper publishers.” This could be really amusing as we see ads for products only Mr. Burns would like: “Ah, I see a new shipment of freeze-dried dodo birds has arrived at the New Amsterdam harbor!”
